12 years married to my best friend and love of my life. How did I get so lucky to marry my best friend?
On Friday our friends came over to babysit. Charles and I ate at our favorite Indian restaurant. It was wonderful. They even sent an extra meal with us! We were in heaven. Then we headed to the mall because we rarely go there these days. We just walked together alone, bought a present for our daughter. Charles took me into a store to buy some hair accessories. That's all I really needed. :) It was such a peaceful night together.
In the end, we were happy to come back to our babies and play with them. Charles is a good daddy and I'm so lucky that he actually spends time with them and loves to go places as a family. Some dads avoid that. Thank goodness he loves to take us all to explore what's around us. I'm truly blessed! Its so wonderful having an anniversary in this beautiful season.
