My son Ryan (7) was upset today when he saw me putting nuts in the two loaves of Banana nut bread that I was baking. When they were done, I told him to just take a bite and try it. He took one bite and said:
"Mmmm....this is good! Your job is safe mom."

Do you put peanuts in your banana bread?? I've always used walnuts or pecans. Just curious. ;o)~
I fixed that in the blog and just put nuts. I either just used regular chopped nuts, pecans, or walnuts. :) I hadn't realized I wrote peanuts. I always bake two loaves at a time now it goes so fast. :D
