I heard about Oprah's weight loss program. I have a plan now. I need to go to the gym more often than I thought. I know what I'm cutting out also. Shhhhh! Don't tell Brianne my secret! Can anyone tell me if potatoes is bad to eat if I'm watching my carb intake? I'm new at this.

Don't know much about the whole carb diet idea, but potatoes are a source of carbohydrate. You would need to also cut out/reduce: rice, pasta, bread, certain fruits.....only problem is that if you are not planning to continue this type of diet when you reach your goal, then you will find it harder to maintain that weight loss. Hope it all goes well!
