Interesting Comments

I got a few "interesting" comments on my website. I'll leave it at that because they didn't make any sense nor were they biblical. I didn't post the comments because I don't like to post things that aren't biblical on my blogsite. I learned by reading my bible, that even the Pharisees in the bible constantly tried to pick on little things that didn't matter in the light of eternity. They did not care about souls. I'm showing you this cartoon because it kind of reflects my thoughts on the comments those people made. Two kids praying that God would make their side win. The prayer that would have been better to say would have been "God, please give me the strength I need so I can play to the best of my abilities." Somethings just aren't worth picking on. My husband put it best when he said, "Notice that a lot of people who are for saving the whales, don't care much about the babies being killed everyday in abortion. Sometimes our vision can be so distorded that we don't stop and think about what really matters most.

That's too bad. I have gotten pretty ugly comments before, but mine just automatically post. I'm sorry that happened to you! Glad you are taking the higher road. =)

yes, there are big "T" truths and small "t"s and the bible says ". . . avoid foolish desputes. . .contentions, and strivings about the law; for they are unprofitable and useless. (Titus 3:9)
