After church my friend's kids came in the kitchen (they live here, they didn't just appear out of nowhere) and said, "can we please have some cereal?" Of course! My kids were already laid down and so I got them some and then we sat and talked with them. Their mommy was out so I just chatted with them and laid them down. Before I laid them down I said, "hey, while you guys are sitting there so cute, you want me to take some pictures"? Kids are always game it seems (unless of course it's a professional that costs you lots of money). The bottom picture is of Jeremiah playing swords with my daughter Ivy. So cute!

WOW, you are so patient and kind! These kids will have some good memories then, at least sprinkled in this time.
Virginia, in answer to your sorrowful statement... please don't blame yourself. You are *still* unfortunately dealing with disability and homeschooling makes it look like things are "better" when they're really not. I am not downing you as I am in the same boat, and my children would not do well if I had to enroll them in school.
Even a *good* school is going to cram your kiddos in with a bunch of others and expect them to behave themselves. HA! is all I have to say about that.
