I'm new to juicing to detox or reboot my body so I would looove to share the recipes I have found from Joe Cross, Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead. Detoxing your body can be a big boost to weight loss and also just to get rid of the toxins in your body. If you have too many toxins in you, your body will hold onto the fat in order to protect you for the toxins. If you shed these toxins, your body can then start to shed the fat much easier. What is a Reboot? A period of time where you commit to drinking and eating only fruit and vegetables, herbal teas, and water in order to regain or sustain your vitality, lose weight and kick-start healthy habits that recharge your body and get your diet back in alignment for optimal wellness.
