On Monday, my friends and my mom held a babyshower for me and Ashley. It was wonderful and such a blessing! We had lots of fun and I am ever so grateful. :o)
I was reading your other post about breastfeeding. I wonder if that's why my milk always ran out quickly? I always ate less so that I could lose the weight. I drank plenty of water and other things they told me to do, but I'm sure I didn't eat that many calories each day. Hmmmm...
Yeah, I've had doctors tell me before that I need to eat more to keep milk. But no one ever told me how much. I've always struggled keeping my milk and now I know why. Hopefully, now that I know that, I can nurse baby longer. :o)
